Welcome to ITLinker (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing or using itlinker.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

ITLinker is a subscription-based digital platform connecting:

  • Buyers who post IT requirements
  • Service Providers who view requirements and contact buyers directly

ITLinker does NOT provide IT services, participate in project execution, pricing, or agreements. We only facilitate connections.

2. Digital-Only Business

ITLinker operates entirely online.

  • No physical office, walk-in facility, or on-ground team exists
  • All services, support, and communication occur digitally via email and the Platform

3. No Guarantee of Leads or Results

Service Providers understand:

  • Leads depend on buyer activity
  • Subscriptions provide access to posted requirements only, not guaranteed sales or business outcomes

4. ITLinker Responsibilities

We are responsible for:

  • Running and maintaining the Platform
  • Displaying buyer requirements to subscribed providers
  • Enabling direct communication between buyers and providers

We are not responsible for:

  • Quality of work, pricing disputes, or project delays
  • Payment issues, contract disputes, or fraud
  • Outcomes of any interactions between users

All deals and communications are directly between buyers and providers.

5. User Responsibilities

Buyers must:

  • Post genuine requirements
  • Provide accurate information
  • Respond professionally to service providers

Service Providers must:

  • Use real company information
  • Not spam buyers or misuse data
  • Avoid false claims about services

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Subscription Plans

ITLinker offers:

  • 1-Month Plan
  • 3-Month Plan
  • 12-Month Plan

All plans include the same features with different validity. Subscriptions are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-cancellable after activation
  • Access granted immediately

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

  • ITLinker does not store card or banking details
  • Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments or verified payment gateway errors

8. Use of Data

We may share your information with verified buyers or service providers to fulfill requirements.

  • Users may receive emails, messages, or calls related to posted requirements
  • ITLinker does not sell personal data

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Post fake requirements
  • Use bots, scripts, or scrape data
  • Resell buyer data
  • Mislead users
  • Upload harmful code or attempt unauthorized access

Violation may result in account suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ITLinker is not responsible for:

  • Loss of business, data, or revenue
  • Project disputes or poor service quality
  • Indirect or consequential damages

The Platform is provided “as-is” without guarantees.

11. Termination of Access

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Violations, fraud, misuse, or harmful activity

No refunds are issued in such cases.

12. Changes to Terms

ITLinker may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
