Refund & Cancellation Policy – ITLinker

Thank you for choosing ITLinker (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and refunds work on our Platform (itlinker.in). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly Subscription
  • 3-Month Subscription
  • 12-Month Subscription

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • User changes of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • No leads received
  • Incorrect plan selection
  • Disputes between buyers and service providers

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings or by contacting support.

Please note:

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund (full or partial)
  • Access continues until the subscription period ends
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless repurchased

3. Automatic Expiry

Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of their validity:

  • 1-Month Plan: 30 days
  • 3-Month Plan: 90 days
  • 12-Month Plan: 365 days

After expiry, access to leads and service-provider features stops immediately.

4. Payment Issues

If a payment fails due to:

  • Bank errors
  • Insufficient balance
  • Gateway decline
  • Technical issues

Please contact your bank or Razorpay directly. ITLinker is not responsible for failed or incomplete transactions.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same subscription, notify us within 24 hours. We will verify and refund only the duplicate transaction.

6. Service Provider Responsibility

ITLinker is only a connecting platform. We are not responsible for:

  • Service quality
  • Delivery timelines
  • Technical issues
  • Disputes
  • Payments between buyers and service providers

Subscription fees are non-refundable due to third-party issues.

7. Changes to Plans or Pricing

We may update subscription pricing, plan features, or policies at any time.

  • Changes do not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
